Not only do we want to lift the spirits of our concert audiences, we also want to keep everyone as safe as possible. For this reason, we are following Alberta Health guidelines to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

The High River Gift of Music Society’s objective is to create a space where our audience, musicians and volunteers can feel safe when we come together to celebrate live music.

As of September 30, 2021, we have implemented changes to the format of our concerts to provide a safe environment for our musicians, audience and volunteers. We are monitoring the COVID situation and will make appropriate changes as needed.

Audience members aged 12 and older will be required to:
  • Show Proof of Vaccination
Proof of double vaccination – a valid paper or digital vaccine record that shows name, vaccine type and date of administration
Valid photo identification that matches the vaccine record (required only for adults 18 and over)
  • Wear a Face Mask
Face masks are required to be worn at all times indoors. Please note that a face shield only meets the definition of a face covering if it fully covers the mouth, nose, and chin. Face shields that do not fully wrap around the face and chin do not qualify in lieu of a mask, as they are not effective in limiting the spread of infectious respiratory droplets.
Please note these additional safety measures:
  • Limited Capacity
Currently we are limiting capacity to 1/4 of what our venue can handle.
  • Seating
Seating is spaced out with small groups of one to four for your cohort.
  • Shorter Concerts
Concerts will be presented without an intermission. Every effort will be made to keep concerts under an hour in length.
  • Online Tickets
If you need help purchasing an online ticket, please contact us.
