The Heidelberg Youth Chamber Orchestra, considered one of the best ensembles in Germany, is made up of talented musicians aged 15 to 24. Under the leadership of internationally renowned conductor Thomas Kalb, the orchestra has received numerous prestigious awards in Germany and abroad. Audience members experienced the magnificent sound from this chamber orchestra with the marvelous acoustics of the High River United Church as they performed a repertoire that includes works by Purcell, Tchaikovsky and Piazzolla.
