The High River Gift of Music Society is delighted to welcome back this brilliant youth chamber orchestra. Their electrifying performances have impressed audiences throughout Europe and Canada. Under the leadership of renowned conductor Thomas Kalb, these extraordinary young musicians make up one of the best chamber ensembles in Europe. The programme for High River includes works by Shostakovich,Mendelssohn and the premiere of a recently discovered manuscript by French composer Louis Gouvy.
